Joe Kronner -
President and Founding Partner
A 25+ year veteran of the consulting industry, Joe Kronner is President of JFK Consulting Group, headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Prior to JFK Consulting Group, Joe was Managing Director of North American Sales at CTG, where he was instrumental in growing the Carolinas from a start-up to an estimated $30 million business in fiscal 2000. During his 20-plus years working with consulting companies, Joe has helped launch many successful start up businesses, start up territories, and new service offerings.
Mr. Kronner has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University. He remains active in this community and is past President of the School Board for Bishop McGuinness High School, Chair of the Computer Technology Academy at the new Simon G. Atkins Academic and Technology High School, Past Co-Chairperson on the Chamber of Commerce's Workforce and Education Committee, Co-Chairperson of the Chamber's Technology Council Network Committee, Member of the Chamber's Technology Council Executive Committee, Past Chairperson of the Marketing Project Team of the Advisory Committee for Biotechnology in the Piedmont Triad, and an at large Member of the Advisory Committee for Biotechnology in the Piedmont Triad.
George Balog - Chief Operating Officer and Founding Partner
A 25+ year veteran of the information systems industry, George Balog is Chief Operating Officer of JFK Consulting Group located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to joining JFK Consulting Group, George has been a CIO for Fortune 100 firms for over six years as well as a Vice-President through Senior Vice-President for over 10 years. During his career he successfully managed staffs in excess of 1,500 people and annual budgets in excess of $300 million. His organizational development has focused on Project Management Practices, Quality Assurance, Organizational Efficiencies, Change Management Processes, Strategic Planning, Data Center Consolidation and Outsourcing.
Mr.
Balog graduated from Belmont Abbey College with a BA in Accounting and attended the
MBA program at the University of Miami and New York Institute of
Technology.
Francis Montagnier - Chief Technology Officer and Founding
Partner
A 25+ year veteran of the consulting industry, Francis Montagnier is Chief Technology Officer of JFK Consulting Group located in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining JFK Consulting Group, Francis has 25+ years of IT and senior management experience-12 years owning and managing a consulting practice. Most recently serving as Vice-President of Professional Services at CheckFree Corporation. With a record of uninterrupted success at rapidly remedying crisis situations, realigning business processes with IT platforms, restructuring organizations, and mentoring executives and their staff, he has continuously been sought by company leaders and executives. Taking senior executive positions by interim, he successfully reduced one company's cost of delivery 20% while growing revenues 15%. He has mentored executives at IBM, Coca-Cola, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Ernst & Young, Delta Airlines, MCI, Nortel, and Johns Hopkins Hospital, providing IT infrastructure expertise, data warehouse management, B.I. mentorship, plus coaching business process improvements in areas of software product development, marketing, revenue management, pricing, and QA.
Mr. Montagnier graduated from
the French Naval Airforce with a major in Aeronautics and completed Executive
Management Programs at Penn State and Harvard Business School.

Mike Presnell -
Vice President of Business Development
Mike Presnell brings more than 15 years of sales and organizational leadership experience to his role as Vice President of Business Development. As an early Sales Leader of CarMax Auto Superstores, Mike designed and delivered comprehensive training and sales management tools that are still in use today, and developed a successful implementation process for franchise dealership integration during CarMax's early expansion. As a Global Accounts Manager for Cisco Systems Global Financial Accounts segment, Mike was a key driver in changing Cisco's coverage model for global financial services customers, leading change in a team environment servicing major clients across the US and Europe.
Mike holds
a bachelor's degree from Florida State University College of Communications
with a focus on Training Design and Organizational Effectiveness. He has
held Cisco's CCDA Certification and studied Communications Disney Style,
along with time spent as a bicycle tour guide and commercial winemaker. Mike
dedicates personal time as a reading tutor in the public school system and
enjoys coaching soccer through the Optimist's League.

Bob Crafts - Vice President of Delivery
Bob is an information technology professional with 40 year experience ranging from computer operations to senior level management, Bob has extensive experience in the deployment and operation of technology in support of business. He most recently transitioned from leading the Center for Creative Leadership's information technology group as its Director, leading a group of 50 addressing all aspects of IT including systems, networks, applications development, and user support for CCL's global operations. Prior to joining CCL in 2001, Bob was a Sr. Consultant with CTG where he provided technology expertise to several Global 2000 clients. During his 30 year tenure in commercial aviation, Bob worked in all areas of information technology from managing computer operations, networks and systems to directing global applications development, to serving as interim CIO for a subsidiary airline.
Projects that Bob successfully directed include data center consolidation, the technology components of major airline mergers, Y2K remediation, insourcing major airline operations systems and outsourcing entire information technology functions.
Bob’s skills as an IT manager encompass leadership development, coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, technology/business alignment, project management, procurement, contract negotiations and vendor management.
Chuck Kutschenreuter - Senior Consultant
Chuck is a result driven operations executive with a long history of service in the automotive manufacturing arena. He has had tremendous success in significantly improving operating efficiencies through the use of strong analytical and diagnostic skills. He has reduced operating expenses over the years by using his creativity and industrial engineering background. Chuck has developed and tracked budgets of $42,000,000 and has always achieved anticipated results. Chuck has an extensive background in quality systems and has used them effectively to always achieve organization continuous improvement. This experience has transferred well into the nonprofit sector as nonprofit organizations have the same needs for lean and efficient management.
Through 2004 Chuck served as VP of Manufacturing for Douglas Battery in Winston-Salem, NC. Chuck managed manufacturing operations, engineering, materials management, and lean manufacturing teams. Chuck has always said that "if you can't measure it you can't manage it". He has developed strong financial skills due to this experience.
Chuck takes great pride in his work and believes that any problem can be a success. He often tells his peers and subordinates that "those who say it can't be done should not interrupt those who are already doing it." Chuck is passionate and highly motivated in his desire to succeed in any task.
Over the last four years Chuck has used his skills to work with two nonprofit organizations to significantly reduce costs, improve financial information, and develop business plans that are closely tracked for expected results. Chuck has very strong computer skills and is able to provide accurate information so that management knows where we are and more important, where we need to go.
Chuck has
a BS in Industrial Management from Clemson University with a minor in Industrial
Engineering.
